Encapsulation and Permeation Barrier Film for Flexible Electronics
Encapsulation film with water vapor permeation barrier properties for lamination onto flexible electronic devices. The film is based on a Zinc-Tin-Oxide layer deposited onto an ultra clean polyethylene terephthalate film.
Prototype rolls can be delivered with the following specifications:
- roll width: 200 … 650 mm
- roll length:
- 50 … 300 m (with permanent or temporary protective liner)
- 50 … 500 m without protective liner
- water vapor transmission rate < 0,001 g/(m²d) at 38°C / 90% r.h.
- Visual light transmittance > 85%
- UV protection for outdoor upon request
